embed GIF animation

ive uploaded my animation to photobucket and copied the direct link
url for that file here i will add a picture to this post, pasting the
direct link url from photobucket for my GIF. The difference between
this way of posting and the previous dragon animation, is this: the
dragon was uploaded directly from my computer using the BROWSE
tab when i clicked the picture tab to add my picture.

The image added to header was a jpg saved at 72 dpi and 800 pix by
100 pix- I chose to display the image behind the header text, which
keeps those words search-able as opposed to the whole header being
an image.
